Head - Sales - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Should have 8-10 years of experience in Residential sales
- Experience in real estate sales, business development & techno-commercial operations.
- Excellence in Interfacing with key influencers for assessing requirements, making presentations and delivering and negotiating with clients and optimizing revenues.
- An excellent performer with consultative sales style, negotiation skills, exceptional solving abilities and keen client assessment aptitude.
- Deft at tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering technical guidance to the clients and negotiate (commercially) for the orders.
- A consistent performer with demonstrated skills in increasing revenue & streamlining workflow.
- Expertise in Relationship Management, developing relationships with existing and prospective Clients.
- Growth in sales Volumes in terms of value as well as quantity keeping in margins and profits.
- Effective in utilizing resources, improving processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
