Head - Sales - Real Estate (15-25 yrs)
- Drive the real estate vertical of the group by setting the strategic goals and budgets
- Create an integrated business plan to increase the turnover/ROI of the vertical
- Review the existing plans and projects and advise Board/Chairman on corrective actions
- Promote healthy work culture and create positive impact with external stakeholders
- Build an effective organizational structure for faster decision making
- Sound knowledge and understanding of legal procedures
- Recruit/Select desired human resources and develop, mentor them for effective team
- Keep abreast of the happenings of newer potential areas
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Work on sales scripts with a team.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
Requirements :
- Have worked 15 - 25 years in real estate
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
