Position: Sales Head
Experience: 13+ Years
Location: Patna, Bihar
Qualification: Graduate/ MBA Preferred
Purpose of the Job: Oversee the sales operation of the company in Bihar.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase sales of company's publications.
- Should be well versed with Bihar Geography.
- Should be willing to travel extensively across Bihar.
- Reach the sales targets and goals set for the area.
- Establish, maintain and expand the customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Periodic review of sales target for individual reps and the team as a whole.
- Hands-on training to a sales team.
- Monitor team's performance and motivate them to achieve targets.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Collect customer feedback and market research.
- Send fortnightly reports to supervising manager.
- Keep up-to-date with products and competitors.
- Collect dues on time.
