Head - Sales - Plastic Company (10-20 yrs)
Job Synopsis :
-Driving profitable growth of the Plastics business
- Handling entire East India
- To achieve mutually agreed sales target through the sales team from the area allocated
- Strategic Planning, Retail Distribution, P&L Management & Budget planning.
- Creating Product Utility through Product awareness.
- Retention of existing customers and new business development.
- Coordinating & guiding the customers
- Maintaining a good relationship with the existing customers as well as the potential clients and continuous follow-ups on priority level.
