Head - Sales - Pharma (12-15 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Sales & Marketing of OTC Business for a Large MNC Consumer & Pharma outfit, based at Gurgaon / Mumbai.
- Post Grad in Marketing with 12-15 years of work experience in OTC/Pharma Sales, heading the Sales Function across channels ( GT, Pharmacy Online & Offline Doctors & Hospital ) is mandatory.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales Team on field deployment, brand promotion, and measurement of productivity and Training.
- Drive strategic business projects on Go-To-Market's (GTM), products & Engagement plan to reach Health Care Professional's (HCP) and the relevant community, while tapping into emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with demand fulfillment team and the marketing teams to ensure stock availability at various locations.
- Achieving the top line and bottom-line targets as per the all India business growth plan. Collaborate with the marketing -team towards converting key field insights into meaningful and impactful marketing interventions.
- Create GTM plans in tandem with the marketing teams looking at business priorities.
- Ensure higher collaboration for smooth running of pharmacy channel.
