Head - Sales & Marketing - Pultrusion Process (8-10 yrs)
Lead the sales and marketing function for pultrusion process involving market research, competitor analysis, support in new product developments etc. Provide Thought
Leadership to achieve Business objectives revolving around customer centric and design thinking, innovative approach.
Job specifications :
- Lead the market research for new product developments estimating customer segments, revenue projections and growth
- Competitor mapping and regular feedback to senior management of competitor activities
- Develop export market strategy and entry into international market
- Involvement in costing/pricing of products, new product developments and increase in sales through the same.
- Work towards customer awareness/interaction and engagement towards composite products and market creation for pultrusion products
- Inclusion of design thinking for innovative solutions and commercialization
- Achieve sales volume and market share with projected profitability
- Manage accounts and achieve targets for revenue growth, profit margin and product mix
- Ensuring zero customer complaints and escalations
- Knowledge sharing with the team for continuous learning and growth
- Achieve 100 cr target (within 1 year) with high end products in pultrusion market getting more than 25% EBITDA level.
- Devise marketing strategy including branding strategy for the growth of pultrusion business with the CAGR of 30-50% for next 8-10 years.
- Continuously work on opportunity identification, customer acquisition and retention with minimum additionally 30% business every year from new segments and customers
Key Skills :
Expertise and qualifications :
- 8-10 years experience in dealing with composite products specially pultrusion
- B.E./B.Tech (preferably in mechanical, chemical, polymer science, manufacturing)
- MBA (preferably in marketing domain)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand the details from various stakeholders, engage them and derive business outcomes.
- Analytical skills to understand stakeholder dynamics and perform
