Job description :

- Partnership & Project Management :

- Managing the strategic development of all partnerships and affiliate brands also negotiating contracts with DSPs.

- Maintaining good rapport with all partners (OTT-Music, Short- Video Apps, Facebook, and YouTube) to drive the digital business successfully.

- Strategizing and collaborating on marketing, promotions, launch, associations, etc. (Branding campaigns, PR, movie/artist associations, Ads, Sponsorships - events, TV Shows, etc.)

- Coordinating with partners for relevant reports, payments, business concerns, and third-party intellectual property issues.

Contract/Licensing :

- Discussing and negotiating terms for long-form agreements with existing/new partners.

- Sync licenses to TVCs, Shows, in-Film, Events, etc.

Business Development :

- Developing new business partners within the entertainment industry for business expansion.

- Evaluating new business opportunities globally and collaborating with a roadmap for implementation with a business plan.

- Strategically collaborating for Brand partnership for mutual benefits.

Analytics :

- Evaluating overall Streams, Market share, and other key metrics for designing the blueprint for future projects.

- Assess the streams & contribution of legacy content.

- Analysing the competitor's strategy to keep a check on market trends.

Team Management :

- Building, training, and managing the team with defined tasks and responsibilities.

- Designating proper workflow structure, reporting mechanisms, and timelines for the completion/update of assignments across the team members.

- Arranging training sessions to hone the required skill sets.

Operations :

- Strategizing for deployment & promotion of the entire library & new releases in different languages and genres.

- Planning launch and promotions in advance of the release (placements/visibility: social media posts, banners, notifications, pop-ups, etc.)

- Reconciliation of content usage reports shared by the partners for any discrepancy.

- Monitor and report the piracy of the content on licensed/non-licensed platforms.
