Head - Sales - Liquor (5-12 yrs)

1. He will be responsible for supervision and monitoring of sales & distribution activity with respect to all the company's liquor brand being supplied to the states in Himachal, Haryana, Uttrakhand (Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir, proposed)

2. Sound Experience in selling

3. Develop budget and sales strategies and overseeing their effective implementation to achieve a goal.

4. Set and monitor individual team members sales and distribution targets, role definition and evaluation of achievement the same.

5. M.I.S to the higher Management

6. Monitor Stock keeping Unit (SKU) forecast with respect to budget, plant and inventory turnover ratio.

7. Knowledge of IMFL domain

He should be minimum Diploma / MBA (Sales and Marketing)

1. Dedicated & young achiever in the age group of 35-48 years with minimum experience of 12 years and above selling and Marketing of (IMFL and country liquor) brand

2. Applicant presently working in the Alcohol liquor business will be considered only.

3. Applicant to have worked as a Sales Head in the liquor industry a minimum of 5 years

4. Stable candidate. Frequent job hoppers not required.
