Currently, We are looking for a Head Sales in HSR Layout - Bangalore.

Designation / Position: Head Sales

Company Profile: It is an IT firm. We provide back-end and front-end IT support. We are committed to provide high levels of customer satisfaction by offering the highest quality in Laptops & Desktop services, Servers, Exchange Servers, Networking.

Designation - Head Sales

Remuneration - 10 Lakhs + ESOP

Location - Bangalore

Reporting - Founders

Date of Joining - April 2023

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a Sales Pipeline of Prospective customers for the financial year.

- Reaching out to Clients through different mediums and ensuring sales targets are met.

- Creating a network of channel partners to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Creating future sales strategies, plan and team structure as per product road map.

- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Require sound knowledge on IT software sales and service.

Education and Qualification :

UG And PG In Business Administration (B.TECH + MBA)

Previous Sales Experience (4 Years - 7 Years)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred or Max 15 Days

Candidate Profile: Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Should be fluent in English, Presentable, Management Skills, Dedicated, and With a clear employment background.

Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, OR Tamil, / Malayalam, / Telugu. (ANY)
