Head - Sales - IT (15-20 yrs)

Sell-to/Sell-in business with our strategic global accounts like, Microsoft, Google etc. The ideal candidate is expected to have experience working with Microsoft

US/India/Amazon/Google R&D groups, be able to leverage existing relationships to growthe accounts, and prospect aggressively to develop new sales opportunities

Your Role And Responsibilities:

- Successfully prospect new opportunities via hunting or through established relationships and nurtured new leads.

- Drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of our Tech Solutions (AI/ML, Computer vision, Chatbot, Blockchain, Cloud, RPA) to various industries.

- Driving and implementing industry-specific sales plans & strategies to target enterprise and mid-market clients (preferably in India).

- Demonstrate knowledge of a process for developing and managing a territory including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management

- Planning sales tactics, deal closures and revenue plan for the region

- Winning key accounts from competition and defending existing accounts

- Build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.

- Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks

- Navigate sales barriers of entry and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape.

- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure.

- Account Planning, revenue forecasting, and opportunity management

- Responsible for overall accountability for business growth within the account/geographic base

- Demonstrate knowledge of a process for developing and managing a territory including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management

- Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers

-Assist pre-sales and delivery team to draft and deliver proposals.

- Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- 15+ years of solid prior experience with business development with Microsoft R&D groups

- Results-driven with a proven sales track record and managed service portfolio management

- Experience in selling services like deployment, infrastructure support, quality assurance, feature development and support, BI, and data services.

- Previous experience with MS Azure/O365/Teams/Commercial Management

- Experience/Security Compliance group
