The position is open to hire Head of Sales for a very large multi-national company focusing to develop new business focus area.

Specializations:

The person must have sound exposure in Business Intelligence, such as, PowerBI/ Tableau, Big Data, such as, Hadoop, Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Must have:

1. Outstandingly fluent in handling CXOs of large companies

2. Outstandingly intuitive to assess client's pain point and propose solutions at the discussion table

3. Highly efficient in preparing materials using Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Charts/ Graphs/ and other visualization for making customer pitch

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Dedication in providing great customer service and customer experience

6. Ability to lead a sale team.

Responsibilities :

1. Leading new focus area of organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls

2. Meeting planned sales goals

3. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

4. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

5. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

6. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

7. Developing your sales team through mentorship, motivation, counseling and knowledge sharing.

8. Promote the products, services and capabilities of organization meticulously.

9. Have clear understanding on ideal customers and how they relate to our capabilities.

10. Very good in churning existing clients as well as find business opportunities and potential new clients for the growth of the company.

11. Very good in analysing communication related needs and implanting plans and strategies as per requirement.

12. Very prompt in reparing quotes and writing up of orders.

13. Regularly visits potential and large client companies for potential orders.

14. Oversee the working of the entire sales team and administration of the trainees and other fellow workers as per the implemented strategies.

15. Highly experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.

16. Create sales leads through multi-channel sources.

17. Travel at any point of time to convert a suspect into prospect and final closure.

18. Efficient in focussing on quality lead generation and categorize with probability of closure

19. Highly efficient in customer relationship management.

20 Highly efficient in managing and directing a sales team.
