Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales at Yantra Packs in Gurugram. The role will entail overseeing day-to-day sales activities and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing regular sales reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Analytical Skills and Strong Business Acumen

- Proven Track Record in Sales and Account Management

- Experience in Sales Management and Team Management

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in the packaging industry or related fields is a plus

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Present quotes and suggest solutions to customers' needs.

- Update on product information, pricing, and contract terms.

- Assist sales through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.

- Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions.

- Manage the industry's competitive knowledge to leverage the sales cycle.

- Maintain the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure
