Job Description:
- We are looking for a Sales Head in a leadership position with at least 13-15 years of experience in dealing with large buyers of industrial products (Essentially all white goods and automotive ancillaries).
- Prior experience in dealing with key companies in the above segments is a must.
- The candidate will be required to expand businesses at existing customers, add new customers and expand the geographic reach of the company.
- The person should be able to develop personal rapport with clients, close deals, co-ordinate internal costing and negotiations.
Salary range - Fixed salary Rs. 8.40L - Rs. 12L (Annual bonus, linked to performance, which could be up to 25-30% of the fixed annual salaries)
About the Client:
Our client is an ISO 9001 certified company. It has over 15 years- experience in Industrial products that find applications in the white goods and the automotive sector. Their main products include Security & Barcode Labels, Masking Die Cuts, NVH & HVAC Products etc. The company is expanding its capacity from 20,000 sq feet to 40,000 sq feet.
