Job Location: Chennai
Position: Head - Tamil Nadu
Reporting to: Zonal Head - South
Main Purpose :
- To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities for entire Tamil Nadu (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Revenue Generation)
- Person will handle 3 Branches under him
- Person will report to Zonal Head (South)
- Designing and implementing business plan activities for achieving the expected target and deadlines
- Ensuring recruitment and training of Sales Team and Sales Promoters to support sales operations at Chennai and TN
Skills & Qualification :
- Full-Time MBA is a must
- 10+ years of rich experience in Profit Center Operations, Strategy Planning & Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Product Promotion & Launch, Channel Management, Retail Management, and Team Management
- Keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales & marketing activities and accelerating business growth.
- Expertise in managing business operations across the market with a key focus on top line and profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources
