CTC- 8.40 lakhs per annum + Incentive

Experience:5 to 7 years Experience as Sales Head and Total 15 years Sales Experience

Education: Master Degree in any stream

Gender: Male

Age: Below 45 Years

Language Known: English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil

Industry Proffered: Garment Industry / FMCG / Foot ware / Retail sales

Sales Head's responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Head's duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for setting marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, advertising, merchandising, and promotion programs; developing field sales action plan.

- Responsible for strategic planning and implementation in budgeting, promotional activities, determining sales target, Devise strategies, ensure implementation and follow up

- Responsible for creating seasonal marketing campaigns to catch the market efficiently and effectively and to improve visibility of brand.

- Responsible for developing the marketing and promotional programs for the company in social sites and using digital media at its best with the help of digital marketing person.

- Prepare complete feasibility of advertisement plan with sales projections and prepare the execution plan with the help of digital marketing team.

- Responsible for creating an effective and efficient team on basis of proper structuring and the strategy and to achieve the objectives of the marketing department.

- Responsible for communicating the plans, strategies and their roles in the department through team and individual meeting and through coordinating the HR department also.

- Responsible in giving training and periodical review meetings on periodical basis for the improvement of the productivity and result from the team.

- Responsible to expand the business by meeting with new distributors and appoint the distributors with the support of top management and sales team.

- Responsible person for preparing the target for the divisions based on the analysis and ensures that the target is there for both BD and sales. .

- Accountable for the brand reach and image of the company and its products through regular, effective and ensure tie ups with all potential channels.

- Accountable for maintaining and controlling the total BD and marketing team for achieving the targets and activities that defined in the budget of the company.

- Responsible for reviewing the effectiveness, consistency and the result from each activities and strategies that implemented in the branches for promotion and marketing

Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years- Experience as Sales Head and Total 15 years Sales Experience

- Master Degree in any stream

- Technical Skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel), Management Skills, Communication Skills

- Gender: Male

- Age: Below 45 Years

- Language Known: English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil

- Industry Proffered: Garment Industry.
