Client Description : 

- A client of The Search Managers is Company - a very successful e-commerce company in the B2B space founded in 2015 and based in Indore. It is India's first M-distribution channel launched to help connect 9 Million individual retailers directly with suppliers which enables retailers and suppliers with better margins and quick turnaround. The company helps retailers with simple and efficient M-distribution platform where they integrate demand of thousands of retailers and pass it to brands. It offers technology and supply chain innovation to empower traditional retailers across the country.

- Shop Kirana is a well funded with internationally reputed fund being key investors. The company is already doing a successful business and are at a rapid expansion stage with immediate expansion happening in key markets across India.

Key Responsibilities :

1 Manage the sales of products from warehouse to the retailer.

2 Manage implementation of commercial terms such as trade schemes, discounting and ensuring delivery of stock at all outlets.

3 Supervise team of sales leads to ensure product availability with customers/outlets and regular reordering by the customer.

4 Grow coverage by increasing the fold of new outlets across all cities using Company for buying their FMCG products.

5 Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

6 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

7 Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

8 Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs

9 Liaise with Sourcing, Marketing and Corporate Office personnel to increase solution offering.

 Education : A Graduate in any field.

Experience :

- Very Strong experience in Sales in a FMCG Company

- Experience in managing Modern Trade or Traditional Trade would be helpful.

- Experience in managing channel sales would be an advantage.

- Reporting Relationship The role will report to a CO-Founder of the Company and supervise a large team
