- Are you a Sales Head (NSM/RSM) working with a Retail/FMCG company, who wants to become a Sales Business Partner and desires to earn unlimited?

- He/She shall be accountable for achieving the targets, achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volumes and implementing the marketing, sales promotion strategies, make team and handle team.

- He / She should have years of sales experience in the Retail / FMCG industry with a proven track record. He / She shall be eligible for lucrative incentives.

- Should have Team Handling and Distribution skills. Strategic Thinking in Sales and Business Development.

- Responsible for Delivering and maximizing Sales, Distribution, Profitability, Product visibility & display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the territory level and parameters by the Company.

- Creating tracking mechanisms to derive maximum efficiency out of the sales team and guide them on the best practices and way ahead.

- Acquiring different types of retail outlets and generating business from them.

- Finalizing right mix of distributors to meet geographical sales demand with periodical review on brand performance.

- Developing joint plans with distributors to ensure appropriate investment budget for enhancing brand growth and the return on investment for mutual benefits.

- Develop Sales promotion plans for delivering sales volumes.

- Build positive and impacting relationship with all channel partners within the framework of company policies.

- Execute policies on market returns and arrange for appropriate disposal of damaged and expired stocks.
