Job Description :

- Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. Implementing sales plans. Managing PAN India Sales team

- Enhance sales based on Business plan meeting top and bottom-line expectation.

- Preparing and managing region wise monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Able to Plan, implement and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising)

- Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.

- Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, fan conventions, and other marketing vehicles.

- Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives

- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements. 


- Preparing an annual budget 


- Scheduling expenditures


- Analyzing variances


- Initiating corrective actions.


- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions


 - Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; 


- Establishing pricing strategies,recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition,supply, and demand.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Handling value and volume sales for entire portfolio .

- Analysis and Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
