2. Sales (infield) - Sales strategy, Sales targets, Achievement.
3. Sales Process - Sales Plan and Territory Planning, Lead Generation Plan
4. Sales Policy - Incentive Plan, Product & Pricing plan
5. HR - Hire, retain and train in co-ordination with COO
6. Lead Management - SMS, Email & social campaign planning. Go to market strategy
7. Sales Communication - Client communication, Social Media Strategy
8. Client Relationship - Client relationship management and recurring revenue generation
9. Sales reporting - Evolve Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reporting plan
10. Line Management - Reports to COO
11. Mentoring - Mentoring and Guidance to be taken from Chairman.
