Head - Sales - Education (10-15 yrs)

- Our client is a leading education company specializing in overseas college counselling primarily for undergraduate courses.

The Job :

You will be responsible to assist the Management with the following :

- Support management in client sales meetings

- Provide assistance for consultations

- Assist in post-sales/meeting follow ups to prospective clients

- Administering referral Ambassador Program

- Lead efforts to create demand in new geographies

- Spearhead International business development plan via setting up meetings, Presentations, gatherings, events etc.

- Managing client lifecycle

- Communicate with current and past clients regarding company information

- Quantifying student experience via surveys and communications

- Sharing staff feedback

- Create and direct staff training material

- Develop strategies for business development to help achieve company goals

- The Head of Sales, along with the Management, creates and implements sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI's for the business.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- The Head of Sales must have had at least 10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

- The Head of Sales must possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between his interactions with clients.

- Communication skills are also absolutely necessary for the Head of Sales when it comes to drafting reports and making presentations to clients. These skills must be excellent in both written and verbal form.

- A suitable candidate will be self-motivated, be a persuasive and charismatic individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.
