Head - Sales - eCommerce (5-8 yrs)
- Design and implement a strategic plan for expanding the company's B2B segment.
- Build a sales team and set up a playbook to help the team achieve their targets.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to identify and execute new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships with the focus of translating these into higher ARR.
An ideal team member would have
- 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience as a sales lead or sales director.
- A strong proven track record in B2B sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for sales
