- Tradologie, is a tech enabled, enquiry to delivery global B2B trade hub for food and Agro commodities buyers and suppliers across the world to buy and sell in bulk. Has been setup with an aim of digitalizing the current Import-Export trade & the bulk Trade by setting up a marketplace which brings the manufacturers directly in contact with bulk consumers across the world. The company aims to provide Enquiry to Delivery & payment (End-to-End) solution to help Buyer & Seller in conducting international business in a transparent and cost-efficient manner.

- The company, in the first phase, plans to focus its efforts in tapping the Middle East market and services their needs of 16 basic products of mass consumption in the initial phase and plans to tap suppliers in 8 different countries, initially, which are capable of catering to the needs of the region.

Roles & Responsibility :

What We Expect From You :

- A sales leader who is strong in execution with proven experience in selling B2b solutions and managing large sales team.

- Should be a high achiever with a proven track record.

Job Description :

You will be required to :

- Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results.

- Work with HR team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.

- Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers. Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.

- Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers.

- Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved

Skill Set :

- You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning skills; good team player.

What We Would Also Like :

- MBA from a Tier 1 College, with excellent team management skills, strong knowledge of channel management.
