Head - Sales - Dairy Feed Supplements (8-25 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Build awareness and ensure to use Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements with Farmers & Milk Collection Agents.
2. Evaluate Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements potential in the allocated Units Territory.
3. 4 P Analysis (Product, Price, Place & Promotion).
4. Check Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines sales under the allocated Units Territory
5. Milk Procurement Vs Feed & Feed Supplements ratio variation. Seasonal Variation of Sales Analysis & factors effecting purchase decision of Farmers & Agents.
6. Marketing Strategy & How to Increase the Market Share of HNL in Cattle Feed, Fish Feed & Veterinary Medicines Sales.
Any other Job assigned by the Management.
What do we expect from you ?
- Science graduate with 8-10 years sales experience in Dairy feed supplements
- Worked across 3+ states in your zone and have a good network with Key clients, dealers & distributors in the assigned territory.
- Excellent Communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Travel within your assigned territory and meet Key Clients, Consultants, Feed Manufacturer, Integrators, and Distributors and pitch our dairy feed supplement products to generate business opportunities.
- Lead and train the team of ASMs to help them achieve their assigned sales targets.
- Provide product testing, demonstrations and after-sales support.
- Maintain relationship and constant support to our existing set of customers.
- Identify and build a new database of potential leads within your territory.
