Head - Sales - Construction/Interior Design/Textile Business (8-17 yrs)
- Promote the products through Architects/IDs, PMCs, interior designer, Construction Co.s, etc.
- Candidate must have good experience and database of architects, builders, construction comp, interior designers to prompt products.
- One point of contact for the clients, serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Develop trust and maintain relationships with major clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, translate them to the design team.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Follow up with clients for new projects.
- Coordinate with the production and finance team, ensure the products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and keep them updated with the status of their service weekly.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress, revenue and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Experience in sales with visible results and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
