Head - Sales - Business Loan/Personal Loan/Loan Against Properties - NBFC (6-10 yrs)
Here's What you need to do:
- Activation of existing Channel Partners for the purpose of sourcing Personal Loan/Business Loans.
- Developing & monitoring sales teams comprising of tele-callers and FOS.
- Achieving assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues.
- Maintaining relationship with existing strategic alliances and financial institutions to enhance business avenues.
- Focused to achieve good numbers in high ticket size with a target for revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence to supervisors on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans .
- Compliances & Processes: Vigilant while sourcing any PL/BL Product
Here's what we require:
- Experience in personal loans and business loans across various channels with graduation in any discipline.
- A PL/BL sales person should be conversant with current market trends.
- He / She should have basic sales skill and should be able to analyze customer behaviors.
- A good team player, able to motivate and lead a team.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations.
- Focused and Enthusiastic with ability to work in ambiguity and fast paced environment
