Head - Sales - Banking Products (20-25 yrs)

Looking for a Sales leader for our Banking products and Datacenter business with extensive exposure in India and South Asia markets. The person is expected to have strong existing CXO relationships in the PSU Banks & Insurance space and should have a consistent track record of achieving sales targets. The person is expected to focus on large enterprise deals and transform sales Organisation:

- Responsible for architecting the sales strategy and execution of sales plan.

- Create and deliver account strategies to win big contracts.

- Prepare financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.

- Strengthen market presence by strategizing next steps, negotiating big, complex deals.

- Set and achieve targets for the Sales organization

Customer Liaising:

- Establish, foster partnerships and relationships with key customers.

- Develop cross-sales by linking in-house solutions and services to customer needs. Understand industry and market trends and gather market intelligence to engage with customers for future business prospects.

Team Management:

- Build a strong team with a key focus on targets and collections.

- Establish strong KRAs/KPIs to develop a performance-driven culture.

- Develop and inculcate a growth mindset for closing large-size deals.

- MIS Management - sales forecasting, funnel management, sales reviews, and other funnel metrics.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work collaboratively across business units like Engineering, Product, Marketing, Leadership, etc. to develop and close strategic business deals.

- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Superior communication, presentation, and Leadership skills in managing multiple stakeholders.

- 20 to 25 years of experience in managing and heading the Sales organization [preferably in Banking Product Sales organization]

- Has managed large deals and closures in previous assignments.

- Has the experience to strategize the Sales Organisation, consistently achieved KRAs and Targets, and Exposure in closing deals and collections.

- Excellent knowledge of the banking domain and robust networking in the banking space.

- Managed cut-throat competition to meet targets/goals.

- Exposure in liaising with PSU Banks & Insurance at CXO level positions in previous roles.

- Excellent communication skills and self-confidence.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced multi-product environment.

- Robust exposure in Indian and South Asia Markets.
