Head - Sales - Animal Healthcare Products (10-22 yrs)
Responsible for driving sales of shrimp feed, animal healthcare products in the aquaculture markets of India. This role requires significant leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and proven ability to sell large volumes in rural markets.
- Responsible for defining the sales strategy
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base
- Drive Numeric reach and weighted reach through the right selection of dealers.
- Manage receivables within the budgeted DSO, by focusing on collections
- Build and Nurture strong, long - lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
- Understand category - specific landscapes and trends
- Manage costs, promotion spends within budgets
- Build a world-class sales team, recruit, hire and retain talent. Train, manage and motivate the sale team.
- Work with the cross functional teams for business development
- Proven track record with wide experience in sales management, preferably in rural markets
- Ability to handle large sales teams
- Good interpersonal, communication skills
- Self-starter with high energy levels
