Our client is the most preferred acting institute for aspiring actors in India and across the globe. Established in 2005, the institute was established by an international actor. Based in Mumbai, which is also home to the glamorous Hindi Film Industry, Actors trained by our client include Deepika Padukone, Varun Dhawan, Hrithik Roshan, Preity Zinta, Abhishek Bachchan, Kiara Advani, Ananya Pandey and many more.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations/education/marketing team for increased sales support.

- Developing and building a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.

- Providing support to Admissions & Payment process.

- Reaching out to the admissions funnel, answer questions, explain & consult them about the program, and convert to admissions. Clearly communicate the course structure

- Advising students regarding admissions requirements, consults with educators, and communicates with prospective students regarding the admissions process

- Corresponding with prospective students to retrieve missing or incomplete documents needed to complete the application process

- IVR managements & Student communication via various platforms

- Maintaining Sales Records on daily, weekly & monthly basis

Team management - Ensure smooth team managements & communication with student counsellors & assign work accordingly

- Ensuring smooth sales processes are streamlined and contribute to an outstanding student experience.

- Managing inbound & outbound calls

- Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 5 years experience within a Sales (B2C), Sales Operations / Support or Telesales role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
