Job Description:

SALES AND OPERATION

1 . Goal setting for Store & MBO stores

2 .VM Planogram of merchandise as per sales & aesthetics

3 .Monthly/Fortnightly change of Store VM as per theme

4. Analysis on Best sellers & Worst sellers of the collection

5. Category wise sales analysis

6. Civil issues of store collected every week & resolved every week

7. Analysis on customer feedback & taking appropriate action

8. Weekly store visits - spending at least one day per week in one store

9. Suggest operational strategies to improve store performance & store operations

10. Suggest incentive policy for staff & make sure staff is rewarded & recognised

11. Developing relationships with Top clients

MARKETING :

1. Planning & Executing Promotional events & Exhibitions for Store, MBO & the Brand

2. CRM Calendar for activities planned for upcoming client Birthdays + client specific Events + engaging with high value clients

3. Tie-ups & Collaborations done with influencers to increase store sales

4. Based on Sales & season, Co-ordinate to boost Insta images & help in grid planning

5. Competitor benchmarking on - activity, price, fashion show, customer engagement

MERCHANDISING :

1. Merchandise Launch Calendar - Planning & execution

2. Analysis on Sell Thru - Sales Vs stock - Per sq ft & rack wise

3. Repeating styles in production basis sell thru report & season

4. Providing recommendations for improving/adding new product designs

5. Ensuring all stores orders are timely executed with proper QC process

6. Internal merchandise training for all retail store staff on merchandise, mood boards & running production T&A

Miscellaneous Projects e.g. packaging, voucher arranging.
