Head - Retail Expansion - Designer Wear Clothing & Accessories (7-10 yrs)
- Our client is India's exclusive designer wear clothing & accessories brand for women, which retails online and offline at various stores across the country. Focusing on its expansion plans, they are looking for self-driven talent. The details are as below:
Role : Head-Retail Expansion (Male candidate)
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare & Execute the retail expansion & strategic initiatives to deliver on the organization's growth vision, in co-ordination with the Leadership team.
- Formulating and implementing a marketing plan for the stores to drive footfalls to the stores on a sustained basis as per budget.
- Evaluation of proposals to open up new stores.
- Fostering alliances to give the stores a competitive advantage.
- Act as the brand ambassador to build relations with the third party/ malls/ franchisees & landlords.
Qualification :
- Masters' degree preferably in Management, Business.
Work Experience : Over 7 years relevant experience of operating large retail outlets of reputed Fashion brands
