Head - Project Sales - Solar Power Solutions (11-17 yrs)

Candidate who has in experience and project size done should not be less than 20 mw solar power plant.

Industry Type - Renewable Energy & Environment (Preferred candidate from same industry)

- Appointing and managing a team for managing sales & marketing

- Appointing & managing dealer network to increase the market reach /channel to explore and develop new opportunities.

- Working with team for brand approval

- Devising long and short-term business development strategies and initiatives; executing -plans to reach out unexplored market segments & customer groups for business expansion.

- Market & competition analysis to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Developing new markets and areas of business growth through channel partners for more extraction and addressability

- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners keeping terms clearly defined, resulting in deeper market penetration.

- Monitoring team performance and motivating & training them to deliver excellence across the assigned regions.

- Empowering team with technical and soft skill training in unique selling & key buying propositions for different applications & aligning the sales pitch accordingly to create a positive first impression with the customers

- Hands on experience in design of Solar Plant (Ground Installation; Roof Top Installation) for Commercial / Industrial Buildings.

- Project Management; Quality; Quantity Control of Solar Project.

- Familiar with IS; MERC guidelines regarding Solar Power.

- Coordinate with Liasioning team for Project necessary Approvals as per MNRE Requirement.

- Experience in IRR Calculations. Experience in Quantity/ Cost Estimation.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; MS Office, PVSyst / Helio scope, Shadow Analysis
