Head - Product Management - Used Tractor Finance - NBFC (12-15 yrs)
Currently hiring for a NBFC for Program Manager role for Used Tractor Finance for Pune location
Job Purpose
- This role is responsible for Understanding market needs, articulating detailed business requirements, reviewing the readiness and managing the internal and external aspects of the Product
- Also responsible to determine and support distribution channels, design, develop and implement promotional plans for the products
Key Responsibilities
- To assess numerous factors such as intended demographic, the products offered by the competition, and how well the product fits with the company's business model
- To lay down processes & ensuring compliance to develop risk free/fraud proof biz
- To design/manage MIS & analyzing data which helps management keep track of day to day & long term affairs
- To design programs/contests to meet the targets, keeping in mind P&L aspect
- To plan and assist regions in the development, marketing and distribution of a product
- To provide a clear plan to achieve set targets of the product, outlining goals as well as potential risks, challenges and opportunities
- Act as a Strategic Think Tank for Rural Business; Plan & Execute strategy to increase penetration in Rural areas
- Design, Plan and Implement training programs for all channel partners
- Generating new marketing ideas by being the bridge between market and management team
- Supporting business planning and forecasts
Qualifications Post Graduate in Management
Experience 12 + years of experience in NBFC with 3+ years in Product Development role
