Head - Presales - Non-IT Data Center (10-15 yrs)
The candidate is to have the following role and responsibilities with in depth knowledge of Non-IT Infrastructure of datacenter components such as UPS, PAC, electrical, Interiors, BMS, DCIM, VESDA, RRS, WLD, CCTV , and passive networking.
- Develop a strategic relationship with the accounts.
- Solution Selling to customer by helping the customer in drafting the RFP with details like qualification criteria, SoW, evaluation criteria, best practices, budgetary quotes etc .
- Responding to the RFPs/EoIs in co-ordination with Sales Teams
- Complete ownership for solution from RFP till proposal submission & order closure, keeping the activities strictly in accordance with the organizational processes & guidelines.
- Organizing pre and post bid meetings to ensure timelines.
- Preparing Compliance Statements for RFP documents.
- Identifying & exposing the potential risks in SOW, SLA's or KPI's in contracts and organizing internal discussions to decide proposal strategies.
- Leading the closure of AMC Contracts/MOUs with vendors/ partners and managing the documentation.
- Cost Estimation and Pricing analysis based on market price and competition data.
- Defining best practices to be adhered during operational process
- Positioning the Infrastructure build and Consulting Portfolio to the key influencers in organizations
- Solution Selling to customer by helping the customer in drafting the RFP with details like qualification criteria, SoW, evaluation criteria, best practices
- Responding to the RFPs/EoIs in co-ordination with Sales and Legal & Finance Teams
- Complete ownership for service solution from RFP till proposal submission & order closure, keeping the activities strictly in accordance with the organizational processes & guidelines.
- Organizing pre and post bid meetings to ensure timelines.
- Preparing Compliance Statements for RFP documents.
- Identifying & exposing the potential risks in SOW, SLA's or KPI's in contracts
- Should have led solutions & contract management members and coordinated with business head & strategy-making teams optimize sales bid & pricing
- Provided customers techno-commercial offers by understanding their needs and implemented strategic changes to improve business process
- Responsible for growing business & customer relationships, supporting partners with the proper training, materials & information to execute the sales process
- Designed & implemented TIER III/ RATED 3 data Centres certified by UPTIME/TIA 942 (EPI)
- Enhanced overall performance of operational data Centres by deploying digital solutions
- Carried out multiple ISAT data Centre tests before delivering the data centre infrastructures to the customers
- Executed GAP analysis to assess if all the required objectives were being met and strategized solutions to increase overall data Centre effectiveness
