What do we expect from you ? 


- Science graduate with 8-10 years sales experience in Poultry feed supplements


 - Worked across 3+ states in your zone and have a good network with Key clients, dealers & distributors in the assigned territory. 


- Excellent Communication skills 


Roles & Responsibilities :


 - Travel within your assigned territory and meet Key Clients, Consultants, Feed Manufacturer, Integrators, and Distributors and pitch our poultry feed supplement products to generate business opportunities.


 - Lead and train the team of ASMs to help them achieve their assigned sales targets.


 - Provide product testing, demonstrations and after-sales support.


 - Maintain relationships and constant support to our existing set of customers. 


- Identify and build a new database of potential leads within your territory. Note: Incentives and other perks are based on target completions

- Travel within your assigned territory and meet Key Clients, Consultants, Feed Manufacturer, Integrators, and Distributors and pitch our poultry feed supplement products to generate business opportunities.

- Lead and train the team of ASMs to help them achieve their assigned sales targets.

- Provide product testing, demonstrations and after sales support.

- Maintain relationships and constant support to our existing set of customers.

- Identify and build a new database of potential leads within your territory.

Develop, review, refine and execute the Animal Health- Poultry business plan in order to obtain a leading position in the marketplace

- Ensure achievement of revenue growth in organized and profitable manner

- Lead business development activities

- Accountable to drive the business strategy by putting sales teams in place and leading them in order to meet the set targets

- Provide Leadership in people development (coaching, mentoring hiring & career development), process improvements and system development in order to deliver profitable growth.

- Ensure timely response to customer needs concerning product recommendations, application and performance.

- Analyse territory performance reports and develop strategic sales accordingly

- Maintain a good understanding of the market, customers, competition and developments within a specialized segment in order to leverage sales opportunities.
