Head - P&L - Cards Business Unit - BFSI (18-22 yrs)
Qualifications : MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes or CA (1st or 2nd attempt).
Years of Experience : 18+ years total experience including 5 years experience as a P&L Head.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Owning the Cards BU P&L including the annual top line and bottom-line targets.
2) Developing and executing strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve topline and bottom-line targets and expand the customer base.
3) Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4) Understanding industry trends and customer needs.
5) Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
6) Lead the Cards BU team.
7) Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Candidate must have B2B sales experience and must have a sound understanding of Bidding / Tendering process.
