Marketing/Sales Head


- Marketing/Sales Head is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing end to end sales business of the company. He/She would be a key person in planning, execution and increasing sales strategies for the company. The person would be completely responsible for the total marketing business & would drive various initiatives to strengthen sales and branding of the products.

- Candidates with client side experience in furniture brands, Home decor, Flooring, Sanitary ware and Paint Industry ( agency experience does not count ) who are having experience working with Architects only.

- Experience in Furniture Industry is an added advantage.

Role Description :

Business Ownership : Strategize & Implement plan of action for monthly sales target achievement along with growth in sales-revenue.

Vendor & Brand Management : The role requires day to day basis of promotion planning, sales planning, assortment planning and services. The Candidate should have the business acumen to do business with High Network Individual.

Service and Fulfilment Communications : The role requires the person to handle various stakeholders to deliver best customer service.

Sales Analysis and Monitoring : Prepare and analyse various reports to be on top of required business matrices.

Product Planning and Marketing : This role requires product marketing to HNI Customers which in turn increases Sales Targets.

Effective Communication : Drive Communication to both new and existing customers for our current and new product lines.

Marketing Initiatives : Drive communication to both new and existing customers for our current and new product lines.

Marketing Initiatives : Taking ownership & planning marketing initiatives in coordination with Architect and Builders to executive various sales strategies to drive awareness and conversion. The candidate should have relevant experience in handling marketing campaign required to generate Sales Conversions.

Competitor Analysis : Being aware of the competition and their new initiatives. Continuously observe industry trends and proactively develop actions to react to changes.

Lead Generations : Generate and work on new leads and opportunities through an aggressive and consistent outreach program via various online & offline channels.

Qualification : MBA ( from Tier I or II institute).

Experience :

Minimum 8 years experience in Sales / Ecommerce / Project management roles. Retail experience preferred.

Technical skills :

Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels demand planning, Aesthetic sensibility Budget - Management skills. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges, Understanding of Marketing Communication - message hierarchy, consumer and competitive analysis.

Behavioral Skills :

Result Oriented, Change Management, Excellent communication skills, Critical Thinking.
