Roles and Responsibilities :

- Supervise all the sales agents and marketing staff of the company by setting regular goals and following up to ensure that the targets are being reached and drive the sales.

- Create marketing strategies that would help boost the sales of the company by targeting the appropriate audience with their efforts.

- Analyze the periodic sales reports of the company to understand what's working and what's not and work with the team to make necessary improvements.

- Hire and train the real estate marketing and sales staff for the company.

- In-charge of the online marketing efforts of the company, mostly with respect to paid advertising on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords etc.

- Ability to take a marketing idea, apply it strategically across multiple channels, plan, and execute it end-to-end.

- Maintain good client relations and ensure great customer satisfaction for retention of the customers.

- Use offline marketing methods in addition to the online marketing being done in order to increase the customer base.

- Stay up to date by doing research on the latest trends within the real estate and builders industry to keep coming up with innovative ideas to drive sales.

- Help in the generation of leads through digitals marketing efforts, referrals and tele-marketing communications.

- Take up the responsibility of creating the operating budgets for the marketing and sales campaigns that the company comes up with.

- Maintain good working relations with the team and keep them motivated to perform the job to the best of their capabilities.

Requirements :

- A degree in the relevant area and at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market (marketing and sales sector)

- Good communication skills

- Good leadership skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of the real estate market

- Collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. They can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions

- Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals
