Head - Marketing - Real Estate (12-16 yrs)
MBA/Engineering from top institutes (IIT, IIM, XLRI etc.)
From Any Industry - Channel Marketing exp is a must
- Should have worked on the walk ins generations, campaigns etc.
- Should have been responsible for INR 200 Cr+ revenue targets on a y-o-y basis
- Experience 8-10 years; Lower experience can be considered for consistent high performers
- Reporting to Chairman/CEO/ Managing Director/Senior Director. Looking for a strong Marketing professional who can head the Department of Marketing of the company where there are already AM, DM, Manager Marketing is working.
- The candidate should have an experience in channel marketing and handling channel management exp also handling distributors.
- The person can be from any industry holding a rich profile in Marketing. Carrying out a competitor analysis to ensure the company's marketing strategy is competing effectively.
- Reporting on all marketing activities to the Director of Marketing. Working closely with other heads of departments on company projects.
- Any industry is fine for this position. Problem solve, this will be a big part of the job, so the ability to think on your feet is a must.
- As the Head of Marketing, they will support the Director with their duties and also work within the management team to maintain the collective work to a good standard.
