Head - Marketing - Pharmacy (10-18 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading pharmacy chains. It stocks and sells a wide range of Pharmaceutical and Lifestyle products.

Job Responsibilities :

- Implement marketing strategy as set up the firm.

- Develop and implement plans for ATL & BTL activities including print, radio, mobile, web, social media-based marketing campaigns to strengthen consumer visibility.

- Managing marketing budget and allocation of marketing spends.

- Conducting marketing campaigns/initiatives to drive company sales.

- Design strategies for increasing the brand salience in the most efficient and effective manner.

- Work closely with external agencies for developing and executing all forms of brand communication.

- Spearhead 360 degree offline & online campaigns for brand building through an optimal mix of ATL, BTL & Digital tactics paid, owned and earned media.

- Conceptualize and deploy impactful consumer activation campaigns using an offline and digital medium.

- Responsible for delivering target ROI of all offline brand-building campaigns.

- Work closely with PR agencies to maximize visibility and generate - Buzz- .

- Manage internal & external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile :

Qualification : MBA (Marketing)

Years of experience : 10+ years

- Prior experience in handling ATL marketing / Innovation for a marquee brand.

- Hands on experience in overseeing large-scale BTL programs would be an added advantage.

- Should have worked with major advertising and activation agencies in creating differentiated, noticeable, and impactful advertising for a brand.

- Candidate must have a strong retail background.

- Team management skills.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Should have the good business acumen and leadership skills.
