Head - Marketing

To fulfill with mutually decide time frame :

1. Quick grasping of existing marketing product & process marketing material.

2. To make strategic plan of marketing our product world wide, include but not limited to

- Making approaching marketing Material tools (soft &hard)

- Steps process to spread company product to all steel plant world wide by tele & physical visits.

- Good presentation & marketing skill.

3. No reservations to visit anywhere in the world within required time as per demand/ need of market & results

4. Self motivated/planner & bringing results (finalized sales target).

5. Hands team existing & New own team for result/target fulfillment.

Abilities/ Capabilities in new Head of Marketing :

1. He must be understand the product maintaining in no time as Technical sales person. May be in one week.

2. He must get the plans to market the product, he must have the list of Steel plants in hand in India and abroad with their capacity

3. He must plan the schedule to meet all the existing plants to know the status and R&D implements if require.

4. He mus be able to build the team on his own to bring the business in his plans.

5. He must be able to show the requirement for sale of product to move fast.

6. He must be able to search lack of promotions and implements presentations

Marketing :

1. He must know the use of and running the product where it will be useful.

2. Planning the territory to meet the clients according to the potentials.

3. He need to get the contacts and get the appointments.

4. Follow ups for the same. Going for meetings, n follow up than presentation. most of them from office over mobile.

5. If it is potential make a move and get the business.
