The Job :

- Our client is a leading consumer business, that is growing fast across India.

- They are seeking a 'Marketing Head' who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance brand loyalty, generate leads and drive sales.

- The role requires an individual with excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills. The role requires focus specifically on digital channels to drive customer acquisition to achieve growth targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, consideration and loyalty by clearly defining and implementing brand positioning.

- Developing marketing plans and calendars for promotions, events, and campaigns.

- Media channels understanding and usage to optimize the campaigns based on the target - and brand positioning. Media planning to optimize the budgets fully to drive maximum ROI for the campaigns.

- Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities and use consumer insights to drive decision making.

- Analyzing and reporting on marketing performance, using key metrics to track progress towards goals.

- Managing and mentoring the marketing team, ensuring their professional growth and development.

- Working closely with the content team to create memorable brand campaigns as the custodian of the brand.

- Managing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources

- Collaborating with cross functional teams -creative, PR, CRM, operations, to meet revenue targets

- Owning and optimizing social media and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and acquire new customers

- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to propose changes and improvements to strategy and implementation.

- External stakeholder management - agencies, media partners

- Managing a team of 11-50 people.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- You have 10-12 years of Marketing experience, with specific emphasis on digital marketing.

- You have proven track record of developing and executing high impact marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with a focus on customer acquisition.

- You have experience in assembling and managing a highly effective marketing team.

- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- You have demonstrable analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- You have deep understanding of various marketing and industry trends, including digital trends and technology applications.
