Digital Marketing Leadership role is generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, (s)he is responsible for managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team. Primary goal is customer acquisition for paid membership.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own Strategy, Planning & Execution of Digital Marketing Calendar for Annual, Seasonal & Monthly time-lines

- Develop a Leading Brand Imagery across multiple online portals around the company name that is in line with the organisation vision

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Drive Thought Leadership for Consumer Acquisition & Retention

- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Out of the Box Thinking to create new ways of interacting with customers and enhancing the CX

- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels

- Manage and train/guide the team/agency

Qualification

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager

- Minimum 7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

- Ideally from EdTech/E-commerce background

- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software

- Familiarity with web design

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
