Head - Marketing - Courier/Freight/Transportation Business (13-20 yrs)

- Lead Brand & Campaigns, PR, Research & Insights, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement (CRM), Inside Sales and Partnership Marketing.

- Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and brand equity.

- Identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.

- Identify & develop marketing strategies to increase market penetration & profitability through partners

- Improving how to measure success, from KPI development through to scalable processes and feedback loops.

- Bring a commercial rigour to planning and budgeting, ensuring all key activities are measured and investments are monitored and iterated as required

- Instilling a customer obsession across your teams, leveraging customer research to inform target markets, campaign design and decision making

- Maintaining strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on the marketing strategy and approach

Our ideal Head of Marketing will have:

- Strategic - Deliver high customer growth and establish our position in the market. Derive and drive attainable, executable, and measurable Objectives in-line with Organizational goals.

- Customer-Centric - deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors and understanding of how to use the right data & insights to deliver strategic commercial value.

- Cross-Functional collaboration - Manage several teams, partners, and influence across key internal & external stakeholders.

- Team building and leadership - Building, growing, and developing high-performing marketing teams to deliver high-quality and impactful results.

- Results Orientated - sets the right goals/targets, tracks/measures

- Continuous Improvement - supports, mobilizes, and embeds a culture of adapt change and continuous improvement.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, WebTrends, Salesforce, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of data analysis

- Regularly produce and present reports

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- MBA in Marketing Management or similar relevant field

- Additional marketing certifications are a plus

MUST HAVES:

- Top 3 Mandatory Skills: Lead Brand & Campaigns, Develops marketing strategies, Customer Acquisition

- Courier/Freight/Transportation Background

- Joining time / Notice Period: 30 days

- Minimum Relevant Experience: 12 years
