Head - Marketing (10-15 yrs)
The responsibilities of this position are :
- Co-create and implement effective strategies and tactical initiatives across assets with PPZ
- Contribute to and ensure incomes from signages, kiosks and events at centres meet or exceed budgets.
- Create and implement effective strategies and tactical initiatives for PPZ assets
- Ensuring the strategies are in line to achieve the projected budgets (Footfall & Consumptions) in all PPZ assets.
- Presentations and pitching - both verbal and written.
- Creative thinking and ability to stay on effective, object focused strategy at all times.
- Planning and organizing skills - ability to plan ahead, be mindful of deadlines and manage a variety of projects at the same time. A good eye for detail is required.
- Budget and financial monitoring and planning.
- Managed a profit center.
- Team player and negotiation skills
- Working with diverse personalities across external and internal stake holders / clients
- Achievement and results Orientation.
- High levels of energy, commitment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent in relationships management.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and be highly organised.
- Ability to translate brand attributes into steps and actions for the organization to - live the brand- .
