Job description :
- Annual marketing plan, Company sales plan.
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies.
- Deliver the budget on corporate sales across all regions as well as central accounts.
- Drive the implementation of BTL marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive footfalls
- Work closely with the operations team to align sales and marketing strategies
- Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Driving customer lifetime value by defining the customer journey; deploying programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new use-cases; collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities
- Maintain brand standards & ensure compliance across all marketing channels.
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
- Represent the voice of the customer and influencing internal stakeholders by promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization
