BUSINESS HEAD - INSTITUTIONAL SALES (Large Scale Project/ Institutional Business Experience in dealing Hotels, Hospitality, Builders, Architects, etc. )

Reports To : Executive VP & Business Head

Job Location : Bangalore

Qualification : MBA or Related Graduates

Remuneration : upto 35L/A

Age Band : 35 to 40 Years (Strict Adherence)

Experience : 12 to 16 Yrs of Large Scale Project/ Institutional Business Experience in dealing Hotels, Hospitality, Builders, Architects, etc.

Preferred Industries : Consumer Durables & White Goods, Interior Systems & Solutions, Paints, Electricals & Switchgear, Lighting Solutions, Locking Solutions, Comfort & Furniture, Glass, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bathroom Solutions, Commercial Kitchen Solutions, Cleaning Solutions

Mandatory Client Base : Hotels, Hospitality, Builders and Architects in a Large Scale Hotel & Hospitality Project / Institutional Business Scenario

OVERALL PURPOSE:

This individual will be responsible for driving and closing business development activity by cultivating new relationships with Institutional Clients and closing a complex sale through phone or in-person conversations, Team Members and presentations while adhering to the highest levels of integrity and professional conduct.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Proactively drive B2B/ Institutional Sales through a team of Key Accounts Managers, outbound phone calls and in - person conversations that instill a high-level of credibility with prospects and leads.

- Make professional outbound phone calls to plan sponsors to extend invitations, follow - up on inquiries and set appointments.

- Clearly articulate the benefits of our service to prospects through persuasive presentation skills.

- Cultivate influencer sources.

- Monitor and track sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.

- Provide timely and accurate reporting of activities, forecasts and results

- Identify trends in the industry to help guide thought leadership.
