Job Role:

We are looking for a sharp, passionate, and highly motivated Inside Sales-Head to join our team. This role requires someone who has demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline. This individual must be a self-starter who is able to identify and develop prospects into opportunities to fuel a company's growth in the US Market.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and Strategize on creating outbound campaigns for lead generation in the USA

- Focussed on developing Voice AI/ Cloud Contact Center in healthcare value chain

- Develop Funnel from opportunity to closure

- Target on number of sign ups and revenue

- Build Highly skilled inside sales team

- Develop KPI's

- Build a repeatable sales funnel

Requirements :

1.Should have experience in Primary qualitative market research with practical knowledge of research methodologies in region of USA.

2. Proven work experience in sales and marketing

3. Must have relevant experience in B2B sales/ IT Sales/ SaaS product sales in USA/ International Market.

4. Track record of achieving sales quotas.

5. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

6. Strong communication, interpersonal, team working, and customer service skills.
