Qualification : MBA in Sales from top tier colleges across India
Prior experience in EdTech, Health, SaaS, B2C Sales, E-commerce preferred.
JD : Head - Sales
- Lead a team of sales managers and team leads to oversee the day to day sales operations
- High achiever and experience of handling a large team
- Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements to drive higher conversion
- Take complete ownership of growth targets and deliver against them
- Create transparent reporting systems to surface the most critical metrics across the organization
- Create a hiring framework to grow the team ~10x of the current strength. Actively making hiring decisions on a case to case basis
- Liaise with marketing, quality, Finance and doctor / medical channel to drive process improvements and the overall sales conversions
- Drive focused projects to run experiments that can help unlock new avenues of growth
