Head - Industrial & Project Sales - Waste Water Management (8-13 yrs)

Our client is a reputed firm into development of new products related to environment and they offer services for waste water management. We are currently seeking applications for a SALES TEAM LEAD who will be responsible for :

Role/Purpose:

- End to End Product Responsibility of a product to be launched in Pune. Reporting to CEO, Building & mentoring a team.

- Overall Business Responsibility for the particular Product.

- The primary responsibility of the position is to drive revenue growth by driving & owning the Sales Lead Management Process.

- This role focuses on sales performance initiatives for the territory sales, through establishing and refining processes to create qualified sales opportunities and actual sale.

- Sales Team lead must be able to plan, train & coach customer to make the sale.

- This role has thorough knowledge of the organizations products/services, and can partner with Marketing to execute campaigns, programs, and closed-loop sales development activities.

- The Sales Team Lead also works closely with the territory sales organization to ensure adequate support to the field is provided from sales person.

- Responsible for market development, implementing the set targets, relationship development between client and company, and ensuring that Opportunities & Revenue are generated.

Education, Knowledge, Skills or Abilities :

- Knowledge of MS Office, any CRM and other required software tools

- Knowledge of industrial waste water management and water treatment solutions

- Previous experience accurately forecasting and reporting on territory /account activity

- Bold, self-driven, minimum supervision, tactful and high integrity.

- Good communication skills, presentation and proposal writing.

- Direct end-user engagement experiences

- Diploma or Degree in engineering. MBA or Additional marketing courses will be preferred

- Field of Study: Mechanical, Chemical, Water treatment, Sales/Marketing, or similar

- Formal training in consultative & concept sales techniques, and Sales Leadership.

- Experience with a sales methodology and CRM solution is advantageous.

UG : B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Diploma - Any Specialization, Chemical, Mechanical

PG : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
