- As Head of Growth/ Retention, you will be responsible for engagement and retention of clients across digital platforms as well as for growth of market driven metrics such as market share, revenues in Equity Broking, FNO broking, Margin funding, Mutual Funds, IPO etc.
- You will be leading a team of strong campaign managers.
- You will be working very closely with Communications, Campaigns, Data Science and Product team.
- You will be responsible for average daily turnover and LTV of clients post 30 days of activation.
- Define, understand & identify key success metrics and strategy for all Growth/ Retention programs
